- Installations can be done remotely or on-site for on-premise deployments by our team
- Access credentials and url provided by SmartCityTrak to Live customers
- Existing Customer network data can be converted into a SmartCityTrak data model by our engineers if needed
- workshops and user acceptance testing to ensure satisfaction with the product and data
- Setup customer credentials for support services
